Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 June 2026

1. Introduction

AdIntelLabs (“AdIntelLabs”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides strategic Meta advertising and growth consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website or submit an enquiry. By using our website or services, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to share, including:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Business information you provide voluntarily, such as your business name, monthly advertising spend, brand positioning, growth bottlenecks, and stated goals

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, financial credentials, or information from anyone under the age of 18.

3. Tracking Technologies

To understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, we use:

  • Meta Pixel — a JavaScript tag from Meta Platforms, Inc. that records page views, button interactions, and lead-form submissions so we can measure ad performance and serve relevant content on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Cookies and similar storage — small files placed by the Meta Pixel and by our hosting provider to identify returning visitors and remember session state.

You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings, or opt out of personalised ads on Meta platforms via your Meta Ad Preferences.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the website. Your data may be processed by these providers under their own privacy policies:

  • Resend — delivers the contents of our enquiry form to us as a transactional email. We do not retain form submissions on our servers; we receive them by email through Resend.
  • WhatsApp (Meta)— when you tap our WhatsApp button, you are taken to the WhatsApp platform, where your conversation with us is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
  • Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel data is processed by Meta for ad delivery, measurement, and optimisation.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Respond to enquiries and qualify potential engagements
  • Measure marketing performance, including ad attribution and conversion analytics
  • Improve our services, website experience, and the quality of our outreach
  • Comply with our legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for record-keeping and legal compliance.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the tools we use, or the legal environment. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
